Presenting Sponsor

  • Name and/or logo listed as presenting sponsor on printed flyers and ads.
  • Name and/or logo listed as presenting sponsor on event website.
  • Name and/or logo used in Joliet indoor digital ads.
  • Name and/or logo featured in social media presence created by a social media marketing professional hired specifically for this event.  This will include marketing campaigns through multiple social media channels, boosted posts and weekly reels that will be used to advertise this event throughout our Chicagoland and Southwest Suburb marketplace.
  • Logo featured on event program cover.
  • Full page ad inside event program.
  • Name and/or logo featured on front of event bag.
  • Option to include promotional item in event bag (item provided by sponsor).
  • Name and/or logo featured on all event signage.
  • Public thank yous throughout event via DJ announcement and venue video screens.
  • Vendor booth in location of your choice.
